Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding residents in accordance with care plans.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall health status, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Assist residents with mobility and activities of daily living to promote safety and independence.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
