Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding residents in accordance with care plans.
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall health status, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse.
  • Assist residents with mobility and activities of daily living to promote safety and independence.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care delivery.
