Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin or other applicable state
  • Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), IV certification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care or similar setting
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work evening shifts, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, compassionate bedside manner

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in the long-term care facility, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes promptly to the appropriate healthcare team members
