- Education Requirements: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin or other applicable state
- Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), IV certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care or similar setting
- Other Requirements: Ability to work evening shifts, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, compassionate bedside manner
