Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
  • Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, ACLS certification (preferred), Dementia Care certification (optional)
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work nights, evenings, or days; strong communication skills; flexibility to work every other weekend; reliable transportation or housing arrangements

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, adhering to all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and execute treatments in accordance with physician orders.
