- Education Requirements: Valid Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
- Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, ACLS certification (preferred), Dementia Care certification (optional)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities
- Other Requirements: Ability to work nights, evenings, or days; strong communication skills; flexibility to work every other weekend; reliable transportation or housing arrangements
