Our current client is seeking experienced Surgical Techs for per diem positions in hospital settings throughout Minnesota.

Job Description: We are seeking skilled and reliable Surgical Technologists (Surgical Techs) with hospital experience to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Surgical Tech, you will play a crucial role in the operating room, working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparing operating rooms for surgical procedures by setting up sterile instruments and equipment.
• Assisting surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
• Ensuring all surgical instruments are properly sterilized and accounted for before and after procedures.
• Maintaining a sterile environment to prevent infections.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and communicating any changes to the surgical team.
• Assisting with post-operative care and transportation of patients.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous experience working in a hospital operating room setting is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
