Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients with diverse rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and clinical notes in the EMR system.
