- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
- Certifications Requirements: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) certification preferred
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of Long Term Care (LTC) experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 8-5 shifts, reliable transportation outside an 80-mile radius, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to handle complex casework
