Job Description:
As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a variety of settings. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting patient assessments to determine functional abilities and limitations.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Administering physical therapy interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Educating patients and their families about the treatment process and home exercise programs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous experience in a travel or contract position is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
