Location: Glendive, Montana
Shift: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts

Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a critical access hospital setting, covering Emergency Department (ED), Med Surg, and other specialty units.
- Provide comprehensive assessments, implement and monitor treatment plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and care plans.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Adapt to the dynamic needs of a critical access hospital, demonstrating flexibility and critical thinking skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a culture of safety and excellence.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Montana.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical access or specialty care setting preferred.
- Experience in ED, Med Surg, or specialty units highly desirable.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of patient needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
