Job Description:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a critical access hospital setting, covering Emergency Department (ED), Med Surg, and other specialty units.
• Provide comprehensive assessments, implement and monitor treatment plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and care plans.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Adapt to the dynamic needs of a critical access hospital, demonstrating flexibility and critical thinking skills.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a culture of safety and excellence.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Montana.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical access or specialty care setting preferred.
• Experience in ED, Med Surg, or specialty units highly desirable.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of patient needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
