Job Description

Travel Dialysis RN – 3x12s Day Shift – Valentine, NE

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dialysis RN seeking a rewarding role in a close-knit healthcare environment while exploring one of Nebraska’s most beautiful regions.

Assignment Details:

  • Position: Travel Dialysis RN

  • Location: Near Valentine, NE

  • Shift: 3x12s – Day Shift

  • Setting: Critical Access Hospital

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Contract: 13 weeks with extension potential

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, high-quality dialysis care to patients with chronic or acute kidney failure

  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans

  • Maintain dialysis equipment and ensure strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols

  • Accurately document treatments and patient progress in EMR systems

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Nebraska or Compact State

  • Minimum 1 year of recent dialysis experience required

  • BLS certification required

  • ACLS preferred

  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently

  • Prior experience in a critical access or rural hospital setting preferred
