Job Description

As the Director of Nursing for Long Term Care, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to residents and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive nursing care plans to ensure the highest quality of care for residents
• Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Active RN license in the state of Missouri or compact state licensure
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing experience, including experience in long-term care
• Proven leadership experience in nursing management or administration
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to long-term care facilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and staff effectively
