Location: Oxford, MS

Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a qualified Director of Rehab for a Long Term Care facility in Oxford, MS. Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the lives of patients through innovative rehabilitation programs.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the rehabilitation department to ensure the highest quality of care and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored to meet the needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation within the rehabilitation department.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure as a therapist.
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Business minded
  • CPR certification.
