Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Emergency Room department
• Coordinate and manage patient care activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Develop and implement protocols and procedures to optimize ER efficiency and patient outcomes
• Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless patient care transitions
• Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, implementing improvements as necessary
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred. 
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona. 
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in emergency nursing.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience. 
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required. 
• CEN Certification and/or advanced trauma training.
