Location: Estes Park, Colorado
Shift: Full-time nights, 12-hour shifts

$34.01 - $46.25 per hour

Weekend Day Differential: $3.00/hr

Weekday Night Differential: $6.00/hr

Weekend Night Differential:  $7.00/hr

$10,000 bonus after 90 days of employment.

Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients with acute illnesses and injuries.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Utilize advanced assessment skills to quickly recognize and respond to life-threatening conditions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs, patient history, and treatment responses.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work efficiently in high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities.
