Location: Appleton, WI
Shift Notes: 12:00 PM - 0:30 AM, 12 Hour Variable
Description:
ER RN - 12 hr PM/NOC variables - Appleton, WI
**PREVIOUS TRAVEL REQUIRED - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles from ThedaCare Corporate - Neenah, WI campus*
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Primary Location: ThedaCare Appleton
Shift Requirements: 12hr PM/NOC Variables with the possibility of working any shift; (7a-7p, 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 1p-1a,3p-3a, 7p-7a)
**any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
Holiday Rotation: potential to work night before holidays and on holidays
Float Requirements: All Thedacare Facilities (up to a 60 mile radius)
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, PALS, TNCC & NIHSS (required)
Education: BSN not Required, Strongly Preferred
Minimum Experience: 3 years REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years ER experience REQUIRED & Triage experience (Strongly Preferred)
Charting: Epic within the last year REQUIRED
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):
18 bed unit
Ratio 1:4
No new travelers - at least one completed REQUIRED
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
