Job Description:

• Provide expert nursing care for patients presenting to the emergency department with a wide range of medical conditions and trauma injuries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency in emergency procedures and crisis management.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of New Mexico.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
