Job Description: As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the emergency department setting. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients presenting with a variety of medical emergencies. Additionally, you will demonstrate proficiency in critical thinking, communication, and clinical skills while adhering to established protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting initial patient assessments and triage
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring patient vital signs and response to interventions
• Providing patient and family education
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an emergency department setting required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
