Early Childhood Intervention Occupational Therapist – New Braunfels, TX

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | 13-26 Week Contract | Up to $1,800 Weekly

Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a top-tier Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program to hire a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist in New Braunfels, TX. This fully in-person position offers a Monday-Friday schedule (8 AM - 5 PM) and competitive pay, with higher compensation for experienced professionals and bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers (0-3 years) with developmental delays or disabilities in a natural environment.
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans to support motor, sensory, and cognitive development.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive early intervention strategies.
• Educate caregivers on techniques to enhance developmental progress at home.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ECI program standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program.
• Certification: Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
• Experience: Previous ECI experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates highly preferred.
• Additional: Must have reliable transportation for travel within service areas.
