This full-time night shift position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about laboratory science and want to work in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

Job Description:

• Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and procedures with a high degree of accuracy.
• Analyze samples, including blood, body fluids, and tissues, for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to interpret results and provide critical data for patient care.
• Adhere to strict quality control and safety standards within the lab.
• Accurately document and report findings using EMR systems.

Education + Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification required.
• State licensure as a Medical Technologist in Ohio.
• At least 1-2 years of clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
