FT Behavioral Health Therapist **up to $80,000/year**

Job Description:

• Performs assessments to evaluate mental health and emotional well-being utilizing the DSM criteria for treatment planning. 
• Determines the level of mental health treatment needed for each patient based on assessment and diagnosis of behavioral, mental health, and emotional disorders.  Involves other professionals when needed.
• Formulates and implements individualized, patient-centered treatment plans; and provides appropriate interventions to patients and their families.

• Master's Degree required
• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor
• Must have a State of Wisconsin Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• After obtaining such a degree has performed 2 years of clinical supervised experience in mental health counseling.
