Connected Health Care is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Dietitian to join our client, a Critical Access Hospital, located in the picturesque Port Clinton, OH. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and wellness through nutrition management and counseling.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized dietary plans for patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of dietary interventions and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics or related field.
• General Certifications required with a valid license to practice as a Dietitian.
• Additional certifications such as Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
