FT Hospitalist MD - Family Medicine  **up to 338K/yr**

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a reputable client near Marshfield, WI, seeking a dedicated and skilled Hospitalist MD.

Plus 20k sign-on bonus, 10k relocation bonus, $6,500 CME Allowance 

Job Description:

• Provides appropriate medical services to all patients who are assigned to the provider.
• Works diligently with primary care physician/provider for a seamless transition between inpatient and outpatient care with excellent communication, record review, and an accurate and timely discharge summary.
• Obtains and maintains all medical staff appointments and clinical privileges as required by the hospital. The Physicians shall abide by and comply with all codes of ethics, rules, regulations, and procedures adopted or established, from time to time, by the hospital and all applicable governmental or licensing authorities.

Requirements: 

• Medical Doctor with a minimum of 1 year of experience, preferred
• Certification requirements: Must have or obtain the following certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• The applicant must be able to demonstrate successful completion of an approved residency program in Family Medicine and completion of those requirements such that the applicant would be considered board-eligible for ABFM
• Possession of a current, valid, unrestricted license from the State of Wisconsin
• Board certification in your primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty or subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), or proof that you have met the requirements for examination for certification by the appropriate specialty Board.  Board certification must be attained within five years of completion of residency training.
