Job Description:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, providing essential support to nurses and directly caring for patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, and exercising.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Ensuring patient rooms are tidy and sanitized.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Assisting with mobility and transport of patients within the facility.
• Communicating effectively with the nursing staff about patient conditions and concerns.

Education & Certification Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate nature and a patient-focused approach.
