Clinical Nurse Educator - Permanent Position - Day Shift Available

Job Description:

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of nursing by:

• Educating: Providing instruction and mentorship to nurses, fostering their growth and development.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborating on curriculum design and updates to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Training: Conducting training sessions and workshops, promoting evidence-based practice.
• Clinical Support: Offering guidance on complex cases, patient care plans, and best practices.
• Assessment: Evaluating staff performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Quality Improvement: Participating in quality initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• RN License: Current New York RN license.
• BLS and ACLS Certification: Active certifications.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's required, can be currently enrolled).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Teaching Skills: 3+ years of nurse education experience, Strong teaching and presentation abilities.
• Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
