Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients according to individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and develop appropriate interventions.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current Ohio Occupational Therapy License.
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience.
