Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness promotion.
- Adhere to clinical guidelines, standards of practice, and regulatory requirements.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Nebraska.
- Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
