Our multidisciplinary team works across various settings, including short-stay skilled nursing, long-term care, home health care in assisted living, and community-based services. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our team.

Position Overview:
As a Speech Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in our patients. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create personalized therapy plans that enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing, long-term care, and home health.
• Educate patients and their families about communication and swallowing disorders.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC certification required. 
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Ohio.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or home health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
