Job Description:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger accounts
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed

Education + Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
