Cardiovascular Interventional Rad Tech - Full-Time Day Shift

Connected Health Care, a Joint Commission Certified recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Interventional Radiologic Technologist for a client in Mount Vernon, OH. This full-time day shift position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about providing advanced imaging services in a state-of-the-art healthcare setting.

Job Description:

• Perform cardiovascular interventional procedures, including angiography, stent placement, and other diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment, ensuring precise positioning and optimal image quality.
• Assist physicians during procedures, maintaining a sterile field and providing necessary instruments and supplies.
• Monitor patients throughout the procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Document and record procedure details, patient information, and images accurately in EMR systems.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and radiation safety standards.

Education + Certification Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography and Vascular-Interventional Radiography required.
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in Ohio.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in cardiovascular interventional radiology is highly desirable.
