Athletic Trainer - Permanent Position

Connected Health Care, a Joint Commission Certified recruitment and staffing firm, is looking for a dedicated Athletic Trainer for a permanent position at a Utica High School in Utica, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for an athletic trainer passionate about working with students and promoting physical health and wellness.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement injury prevention programs for student-athletes
• Provide emergency care, first aid, and rehabilitation for sports-related injuries
• Collaborate with coaches, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure the best care for athletes
• Maintain accurate records of injuries, treatments, and rehabilitation progress
• Educate students, coaches, and parents on injury prevention and management

Education + Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field
• BOC (Board of Certification) certification required
• State of Ohio Athletic Trainer License
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Experience working in a high school setting preferred
