Our recruiting firm is partnering with a leading hospital near Salem, OR, in search of a dedicated and experienced Hematology Specialist to join their growing team. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care by diagnosing and treating various blood disorders and hematologic diseases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct thorough and accurate diagnostic tests, such as blood tests and bone marrow biopsies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, based on the latest research and best practices.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about their diagnoses and treatment options.
• Participate in continuous professional development and maintain knowledge of current advancements in the field of hematology.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of relative experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Oregon or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to travel between multiple hospital sites in Salem, OR, as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to patient care and maintaining a high standard of medical ethics.
• Willing to be able to communication and train colleagues
