Full-Time Med-Surg RN – Night Shift – Estes Park, Colorado

Connected Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position (3x12s, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in Estes Park, Colorado. Job Details

  • Location: Estes Park, CO
  • Setting: Medical-Surgical Unit
  • Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12s)
  • Salary/Hourly (Perm): $34.14 - $46.43/hr (Dependent on experience)
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • EMR System: EPIC

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult Med-Surg patients
  • Monitor and assess vital signs, wound care, IV therapy, and post-op recovery
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation using EPIC EMR
  • Educate patients and families on discharge planning and ongoing health management
  • Adhere to infection control and hospital safety protocols

Qualifications & Requirements

  • License: Active Colorado RN License or Compact State License
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg nursing experience required
  • Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
  • Certifications:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required
