Job Description:

• Perform and analyze a wide range of laboratory tests on biological samples.
• Accurately assess and report test results to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control and precision.
• Work closely with medical professionals to deliver timely and reliable test outcomes.
• Follow strict safety protocols and laboratory procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Record and update patient information in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Education + Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification required.
• State licensure as a Medical Lab Technologist in Ohio.
• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical lab setting is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
