Job Description

Perform moderate and high-complexity laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, and blood bank

Analyze specimens and validate results to ensure accuracy and timely reporting

Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers
-
Follow all quality assurance protocols and perform routine QC in compliance with CLIA and CAP standards
-
Accurately document test results in the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
-
Communicate critical values promptly and collaborate with physicians and clinical teams
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in proficiency testing
-
Maintain safe laboratory practices, infection control standards, and regulatory compliance
Education and Certification Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
-
ASCP certification required (MLS, MT, or equivalent)
-
2+ years of recent clinical laboratory experience required

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to work independently while supporting a team-focused lab culture
