Location: Southeastern Arizona
Schedule: Full-time • 3x12s (Days or Nights Available)
Compensation: Up to $42/hr + Shift Differentials
Incentives: Sign-On Bonus or Relocation Assistance Available

Respiratory Therapist – Permanent Position

About the Opportunity

Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist for a permanent role in a respected hospital located in southeastern Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for an RT who enjoys a supportive team environment, the ability to work independently, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple areas of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform respiratory care procedures including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, ventilator management, and airway management

  • Conduct and interpret ABGs and other respiratory diagnostic tests

  • Provide support for ER, ICU, and acute care units

  • Respond to emergency situations and rapid response calls

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans

  • Document treatments and patient progress accurately in the EMR

  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Shift Options

  • Days: 6am–6pm

  • Nights: 6pm–6am

  • Shift differential provided

  • On-call opportunities available

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona Respiratory Care Practitioner License (or ability to obtain)

  • BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in acute care preferred

  • Proficiency with vents, CPAP/BiPAP, ABGs, and ER/ICU support
