Full-Time Physical Therapist – Rio Rancho, NM

Connected Health Care is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time permanent position with a top-tier healthcare partner in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve physical function and mobility

  • Provide therapeutic interventions and techniques based on clinical findings

  • Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and rehabilitation goals

  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers

  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, progress, and outcomes

  • Promote a positive and safe environment that fosters healing and recovery

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

  • Active New Mexico Physical Therapy License (or ability to obtain prior to start)

  • CPR/BLS certification

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • New graduates welcome with strong clinical experience
