Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Develop and implement policies to enhance workflow efficiency and patient outcomes
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for optimal clinic performance
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to improve patient services
• Provide direct patient care as needed, including assessments and treatment plans

Qualifications:

• Education: BSN required; MSN preferred
• Licensure: Active RN license in Washington State (or ability to obtain)
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role in clinic setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
