Job Description:

As a Scrub Tech, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Instrument Preparation: Gather and arrange surgical instruments and equipment needed for procedures, maintaining a sterile environment.
• Assisting Surgeons: Hand instruments and supplies to surgeons during surgeries, anticipating their needs.
• Patient Care: Assist in patient positioning, prepping, and draping, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Equipment Handling: Operate surgical equipment and tools, in collaboration with the surgical team.
• Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control protocols, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we're looking for candidates with:

• High School diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Valid certification as a Surgical Technologist.
• Demonstrated experience as a Scrub Tech in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures, protocols, and sterile techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment.
