Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Near Albuquerque, NM
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, permanent position with one of our valued clients in Albuquerque, NM, New Mexico. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive, patient-centered environment while enjoying all that this beautiful region has to offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care programs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for patient recovery
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active New Mexico OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- NBCOT certification required
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in clinical settings preferred but open to new grads with strong clinical rotations
