Full-Time CCU Registered Nurse – Newton, Kansas
Connected Health Care is partnering with a leading healthcare facility in Newton, Kansas to recruit a Full-Time Critical Care Unit (CCU) Registered Nurse. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced nurses and new graduates who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Job Description:
As a CCU RN, you will provide specialized care for patients with cardiac and critical care needs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring, assessing, and managing patients with acute cardiac conditions
  • Administering medications, IV therapies, and other prescribed treatments
  • Operating and interpreting cardiac monitoring equipment, telemetry, and other critical care devices
  • Responding quickly to emergencies and providing life-saving interventions
  • Documenting patient progress and communicating changes to physicians and the healthcare team
  • Educating patients and families on cardiac care, recovery plans, and preventive measures
  • Supporting new graduates with mentorship and hands-on guidance in the CCU setting
Education & Certification Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required
  • Open to new graduates seeking full-time CCU opportunities
