Full-Time Clinic Provider – Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Watertown, SD
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PA or NP for a full-time Clinic Provider position in Watertown, SD. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys building long-term patient relationships in a collaborative, outpatient setting.
Position Summary:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a primary care/clinic setting

Conduct comprehensive physical exams and health assessments

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results

Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients on preventive care, treatment plans, and health maintenance
Qualifications & Requirements:

Active PA or NP license in South Dakota – Required

Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program – Required

National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) – Required

Minimum of 1 year of provider experience required

Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
