Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Perform routine exams, screenings, and preventative care
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Nursing (FNP) or Physician Assistant Studies
• Certification: Active FNP or PA-C certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA)
• Licensure: Eligible for or hold an active New Mexico state license
• Experience: Preferred 1+ year of clinical experience in family medicine or primary care
• Strong communication and patient care skills
