Full-Time Family Medicine Physician - Days - Schenectady, NY

Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician for a full-time position in the beautiful city of Schenectady, New York. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable healthcare organization focused on providing exceptional care to patients of all ages in a community-oriented setting.

Job Description:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors

  • Conduct thorough examinations, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including preventative care and health education

  • Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists as needed

  • Perform minor procedures and vaccinations in accordance with established protocols

  • Educate patients and their families about healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school

  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine

  • Active medical license in New York State or eligibility for licensure

  • Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
