Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness promotion.
• Adhere to clinical guidelines, standards of practice, and regulatory requirements.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Nebraska.
• Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
