Compensation: Up to $40/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday 8Am - 5PM

Job Description:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes within the designated service area

Conduct initial assessments, develop care plans, and perform regular patient visits

Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress
-
Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and home safety

Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other clinicians to ensure continuity of care
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency protocols and regulations
-
Promote positive health outcomes and patient independence in the home setting
Education and Certification Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Missouri (or compact state)
-
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN or BSN)
-
BLS certification required
-
Prior home health experience strongly preferred
-
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
-
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
