Monitor, assess, and treat patients using advanced equipment and protocols

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care

Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition with strong clinical judgment

Administer medications, manage ventilators, and support life-saving interventions

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR system
Education & Certification Requirements:

Active Kansas RN license or compact equivalent
-
BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA preferred)

ICU or critical care experience strongly preferred

Excellent critical thinking, time management, and communication skills
-
ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred
