Full-Time ICU Registered Nurse – Ozark, AL
Are you a compassionate and experienced ICU nurse seeking a meaningful full-time role in a supportive and collaborative environment? Connected Health Care, a trusted recruitment and staffing partner, is currently seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse for a leading healthcare facility in Ozark, AL.
Job Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
-
Continuously monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs
-
Operate and manage advanced life support equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps
-
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
-
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans
-
Provide support and education to patients' families regarding care and recovery
-
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards
Education & Certification Requirements:
-
Active RN license in the state of Alabama (or compact license)
-
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
-
BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
-
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required within 6 months of hire
-
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – Required within 6 months of hire
- Minimum 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
