Full-Time Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) - South of Williston, North Dakota

Connected Health Care is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Full-Time Infusion RN to join a growing healthcare facility just South of Williston, North Dakota. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced RNs and new grads interested in specializing in infusion therapy. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients receiving infusions from both in-house and outside providers.

Position Overview:

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Department: Infusion Therapy

  • ONS Certification: Required within 6 months of hire

  • Experience: Preferred but not required – training available

Job Description:

  • Administer infusion therapies, including chemotherapy, biologics, and other IV medications

  • Monitor patients during and after infusions for adverse reactions or side effects

  • Collaborate with providers (including external referring physicians) to ensure seamless care

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR

  • Educate patients and families on medications, side effects, and treatment plans

  • Maintain infusion equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed

  • Demonstrate compassionate care and strong communication with diverse patient populations

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state

  • BLS certification required (AHA preferred)

  • ONS certification required within 6 months of employment

  • Infusion or oncology experience preferred but not required

  • Excellent IV skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
