Position: LPN - Float Pool

Job Description:

• Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.
• Serve as a vital member of the healthcare team, collaborating with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with diagnostic procedures as directed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess their condition, reporting any changes to the supervising RN or physician.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

General Certifications Required:

• LPN License (State of Idaho)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Additional certifications may be required based on specific unit requirements

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (Days)

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Current LPN licensure in the state of Idaho
• Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
