Connected Health Care is partnering with a reputable healthcare provider in Weiser, ID, to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and professional environment.
Job Description:
- Provide nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient care, vital signs, and progress accurately
- Assist with patient education on health management and self-care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver patient-centered care
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Idaho
- Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1 year of experience in long-term care, outpatient, or acute care settings preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
