Full-Time Lead CT Technologist -Â Rancho Mirage, CA
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is proud to partner with a highly respected imaging center in Rancho Mirage, CA to find a skilled and motivated Lead CT Technologist. This full-time leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and contribute to the delivery of exceptional diagnostic imaging services.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage daily CT department operations in a high-volume imaging center
- Oversee and train technologists, conduct interviews, assist with hiring, and perform skill evaluations
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Center Manager on protocol review and development
- Serve as the staff expert in advanced CT scanning, including cardiac CT (preferred)
- Coordinate vendor maintenance and repair for all CT imaging equipment
- Ensure compliance with ACR Accreditation and quality assurance standards
- Develop and maintain effective staff scheduling and workflow processes
- Assist in ongoing staff evaluations and foster a positive, collaborative team environment
- Perform high-level CT procedures with proficiency and accuracy using Siemens equipment (Philips experience a plus)
Qualifications:
- CT Certification (ARRT) – Required
- BCLS Certification – Required
- California IV Certification – Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume CT environment
- Proficiency in cardiac CT and advanced imaging techniques preferred
- Prior experience with ACR Accreditation and protocol development
- Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and communication skills
- Experience with Siemens CT scanners required; Philips experience preferred
- Proven ability to train and mentor new technologists
